Chip Test Solutions was founded in January of 2009 by three industry veterans with many years of experience in testing integrated circuits. CTS provides a turnkey solution to many start up as well as medium size semiconductor companies in the areas of test development as well as pre production and volume production of testing both wafer and package level integrated circuits.
CTS is located strategically in the heart of Silicon Valley in Sunnyvale, California. It has access to many resources for test program development, test design methodology, mechanical interfacing and test vector generation.
